Micro-Finance Program
  Under the sponsorship from The D.O.V.E. Fund, the Micro-Finance program was started in Vy Da commune in January 2011. The target group for this program is the poverty and disadvantaged women and children in the region. Small loans have supported economic development for these families by giving them the opportunities to open business or invest their more into their current business to create a steady future income.
