Since 2019, in advance of the Tet holiday, the D.O.V.E. F provided food and household
staples to Agent Orange victims at the Tay Ninh Center for Victims of Agent Orange.
Because parents must stay home to care for their AO affected children normal employment
outside the home is very difficult. As caretaking becomes more of a burden, many parents
are unable to work and family life suffers. Whatever small income a family may have goes
into medical treatment for the afflicted children with little money left for food and
household necessities. Homes often fall into disrepair and paying for health care
consumes the family budget. Each year, the D.O.V.E. Fund will continue to support
Agent Orange families at the Tay Ninh Community Center and help them to enjoy the
traditional Tet holiday.
