Hearts for Hue is a Vietnam based NGO helping the poor and disadvantaged
in central Vietnam. The D.O.V.E. Fund has partnered with Hearts for Hue
on a wide range of programs from schools and daycare centers to solar
lights and personal mobility chairs for the disabled. They often help
with logistics and coordination with local governments to identify
potential projects. Since they have a full time staff in the
provincial capital of Hue, they often serve as a liaison with project
managers to ensure efficient use of D.O.V.E. Fund resources.
