I served with the 9th Infantry Div in the Mekong Delta with Col David Hackworth.
"Hack" wrote a book entitled
Steel My Soldiers' Hearts,
which deals with the conflicts our unit encountered in Vietnam.
I'm proud to be part of the D.O.V.E. Fund. Going back and helping the children
learn and succeed has been a dramatic experience for me and I would recommend
it to any veteran
